Our Policies

There is a two (2) night minimum for renting.

Payments:

In order to hold your dates, a $500 deposit is required. That reservation deposit will apply toward the total rental fee.
The remaining rental balance is due upon pick up.
- Payment accepted by credit, debit or cash.
  - There is a 4% charge on all credit and/or debit payments.
All motor homes require a $1,000 refundable security deposit (in addition to the total rental agreement amount). No personal checks accepted.

Security deposits will be refunded within seven (7) business days. Deductions will be made from the $1,000 security deposit for:
- Any damage to the unit.
- Mileage overage.
- Generator overages.
- Cleaning fees.
- Tank fees.
- Propane fees.
- Missing or damaged items.

Cancellation:

Cancellations more than 14 days prior to departure will be refunded in full.
Cancellation within 14 days of departure will forfeit 50% of the reservation deposit, but may be applied toward a future trip, with no expiration.
There will be no refund for unused days within your reservation period.

Requirements & Insurance:

Copy of driver's license and proof of insurance (must be 25 years old).
- All renters are required to purchase supplemental insurance through MBA Insurance for the 2022 Freedom Elite.

- Your personal insurance policy may also cover the travel trailer rental. Please check with your agent for verification of RV rental coverage. Is so, proof of insurance is required.

Cleaning Fee:

There are no cleaning or prep fees. The RV must be returned in the same condition as it left.
- If the RV is returned in an excessively dirty condition, Vogel's RV Rentals reserves the right to apply cleaning fees ranging from $150.

Mileage/Generator Usage:

Vogel's RV Rentals includes 150 miles of travel per day.
- Any mileage in excess of 150 miles per day will be billed at 75¢ per mile.
Vogel's RV Rentals include four (4) hours of generator use per day, and bills $7 per hour in excess of that amount.
All RV units will be provided with a full propane tank, and must be returned with a full propane tank.
- If returned with less than a full propane tank, a $50 fee plus the cost to refuel at market price will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pick Up / Drop Off:

Viewing, pick up and drop off is by appointment only.
If renters choose to leave their vehicle in our drive, note that Vogel's RV Rentals is not responsible for any loss/theft/damage.

Fuel:

All motorhomes will be provided with a full tank of fuel, and must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
- If returned with less than a full tank, a $50 fee plus the cost to refuel at market price will be deducted from the security deposit.

Gray/Black Tanks:

All RV units gray/black tanks will be empty upon pickup, and must be returned empty.
- $150 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if tanks are not empty.
